Equally other services related to the Maritime Jurisdiction, before the Two (2) Maritime Courts of Panama, which have competence to attend all the maritime procedures against or in representation of vessels under Panama Flag or to those vessels in Panamanian jurisdictional waters, wherein a Maritime Privileged credit exits, and labor criminal laws.

Our Law Firm was originally established under the name PANAMA LAWYERS INC. , furtherly its name change to PADILLA & ASSOCIATES and up to this date it is managed by the company OFFSHORE CORPORATION SERVICES (PANAMA) INC.

With the purpose to offer a complete set of maritime services, we have affiliated our company to “PANAMA MARITIME SURVEYORS BUREAU INC.”(PMSB) , which is authorized by the Panamanian Government to issue Technical Certifcates to all the vessels bearing Panamanian Flag, and to “INTERNATIONAL MARITIME COMMUNICATIONS CO.” (IMCO) , also authorized by the Panamanian Goverment to manage the radiomaritime accounts of vessels under Panamanian Flag as well as of vessels under the Registries of Honduras, Malata and St. Vincent & The Grenadines.
